I was treated like I owed them something; they are all entitled employees. You would think they were all a part of a union. They need the attention of the region and the entire staff needs to be turned over.
They just lost a presidents circle member.
Made arrangements for after hours pick up. Agent assured me that someone will be there. I gave them my flight number so they knew what time I will be arriving. Got to the desk and no one was there. It is 1 in the morning and no shuttle service. So needless to say I am stuck at the airport until one of the car rentals open up. This would have been the 3rd time I would have rented a car through Hertz this year alone. I will no longer go back to Hertz even if they offered me a free rental.
Horrible employees and management. Changed my charges and car. Unrealistic and their management along with employees are a bunch of fools.

Bad morning turned awesome experience at this Hertz. We woke up to a flat tire on our rental, got it changed, and took it to the Hertz at the airport to exchange it where we were met by Thomas Mitchell. Thomas apologized for the inconvenience and made sure we were okay. He was friendly and efficient, working through the process quickly despite the rush of cars being turned in. He had us in a new car and on our way within 15 minutes. Made the whole ordeal much easier.
Extremely rude service. Very unhelpful and act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Would use a different rental agency at the airport or a different Hertz in Bham is you are not having to pickup at airport.
