I have received excellent customer from this location. Jermaine and Danni are the only two agents still there from when I started dealing with this off ice and have been A-1 in how they take care of business. I rent a lot and enjoy dealing exclusively with this office.
I honestly would have rated this location with five stars but unfortunately, my entire view dropped! I had a rental consecutively from February 8, 2017 up until July 6, 2017 with no gaps. This was expensive but the vehicle was truly needed. The customer service was fantastic until new management arrived that was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. I was unaware of many changes within Enterprise's policies, however, I'm strongly dissatisfied with a threatening email I received and threatening calls to my references after the employees weren't able to reach me. First, of all, when contacting my references to alarm them to have me call the Roebuck branch, the staff shouldn't have disclosed of my personal information and stating that I was a few days late on my weekly payment and they were subject to report the vehicle stolen. Mind you, I had an account with them since February 8, 2017 and my contracts were to be renewed monthly. I started out paying monthly but later it changed to weekly payments. I didn't know that money orders were no longer accepted and a few other changes had taken place without my knowledge. On Independence Day the office was closed so I proceeded a different location near my home the following day for payment. The representative could not take my payment, however, I had made several payments there before. I was told you can make payments or swap vehicles at any location. I immediately sensed something was terribly wrong. On my commute across town to the Roebuck branch, I was alerted on my cellular network with three disturbing emails stating that I had to return the vehicle before 5:00pm. The email stated that they advise me to govern myself accordingly. It also stated that a felony warrant would be issued. I was in total disbelief after all the funds they've received from me and this new, presidential, manager took this way too far because a week before I gave her pointers on how to have great, professional business etiquette and that if she couldn't handle me with respect, I'd just go renew my contract with a different branch. I even mentioned to her that I wasn't doubting her job whatsoever, but please hear me out. Apparently, she loves authority but I suggest this new manager govern herself accordingly before someone other hand myself seek an attorney! There's more to the abuse I received, however, I don't advise any citizens to go to this branch! I've never in my life wrote a negative review but this behavior was truly unacceptable! The last manager there valued me as a customer and I was welcomed each visit. It takes people like myself to pave the way for others to have great, quality service. They've lost my business forever.

The service was awful. Our car broke down while we were out of state. This office would not pick us up from the hotel, which was Hampton Inn in Birmingham (about 6 m away). We do not use credit cards, but had a debit card. Were told they could not rent to us because we had out of state license. The website explains that with 2 current bills, a debit card is valid. We had to pay a shuttle to drive us to a business that prides on "We'll pick you up" AWFUL SERVICE! "Enjoy fast and easy car rental with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at our branch in Birmingham, AL." This is a quote off the website, which our experience proves is NOT the case.
