Trisha. Trisha was FABULOUS!!! I will come back just because she was so nice and helpful! And yes, that is her job, but I've worked in retail management for a few years now and that was above and beyond! First time shopper turned lifelong shopper. That's what you look for in retail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This review is regarding Francesca's in general (online ordering) - not a particular store. Don't order anything from them around the holidays. They take forever to ship, and customer service doesn't respond to emails or voice messages, and it's very hard to get anyone on the phone. HORRIBLE customer service, can't believe they are still in business.
