Clothes are fine and deals are to be had. However, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards program, was specifically told it was not a credit card (I asked twice), only to find out I had been signed up for a credit card from them. Woman straight up lied to me. Not cool and will be returning my purchase/complaining/whatever.
I closed my account over how terrible their customer service is in the store. Absolutely atrocious. They care about opening up new credit cards and absolutely care very little about the existing customers.
The woman who I later was informed was the store manager was very rude to me. She pestered me the entire time I was in the store about opening a credit card and once I said no she basically was shoving me out of her line in order to get to the next person. I felt like she was only being nice in hopes I would sign up but once I refused I was just a nobody. Definitely will not shop there again.
