I purchased an inversion table as a Christmas gift. The box was damaged and there was a pieces missing when I went to assemble the table. I called the store to see if I could get a replacement piece without going to the manufacturer. When I arrived at the store the associates at customer service were expecting me even though the manager that took my call was not there. Allie was able to give me the piece I needed off of the floor model. Totally unexpected and above expectation service!

Waited forever. No one asked me for help at customer desk for online pickup. Then if it says ready for pickup why do you have to get it from the back? Home depot has it right there for you.
The lines are often ridiculous. For a big retailer, they lack the ingenuity to staff registers when lines are 15-20 people deep!!
