Excellent service! I came to help find school shoes for the girl I babysit, and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable, receptive, and great at engaging her in conversation while she was fitted. I believe his name was Matt, but forgive me, I could be wrong with that. 5 stars!
Amazon has the same product at the same price with two day delivery and tracking information. I do not plan to visit this store again. They have forgotten who the customer is and how important we are.
Herb also waited on me. I needed two pairs of shores. One color in stock, one to be shipped to my home. I was promised delivery within a week to my home. No shoes arrived, I called the store was assured all was well and I would have my shoes in a few days. Two weeks later I called again and was finally told that the store had neglected to order my shoes. They had not neglected to bill my credit card.

This past July 2017, I and my brother went to the New Balance Birmingham, 4618 Highway 280 Ste 130, Birmingham, AL 35243 and Carson sold us the shoes and insoles and I forget the names of the other employees but they remembered us by name and were so nice to us. Very trained in fitting in the correct type & size shoe for your feet. I recently got a custom orthotic & was referred to these guys. They are so helpful & nice to do business with. I highly recommend them.
