First timer in Alabama & at a Residence Inn as well. VERY neat, clean & calm atmosphere! Super friendly staff & Jontel (front desk) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She made certain that me & my sister’s trip before, during AND after was up to par! I will DEF be returning in the future as well as recommending! My wife travels to Birmingham often for work and I can go with her occasionally. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price, nothing super fancy but just a great staff and they serve free drinks, free food most evenings as well as a great breakfast, a breakfast that I would normally pay for gladly. Highly recommended

I had missed the deadline for booking a room for my friend's wedding during the time frame (for the room block deal) and was so disappointed. But the staff still accommodated me, which was tremendously helpful!! Along with just the overall pleasant demeanor of everyone (especially Nina), I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again! By far one of the best Marriott properties I have visited. The staff was GREAT. The room was spacious extremely clean and fully equipped. The breakfast was the best.
My sister was staying there with a wedding party, and I was only there to drop something off to her. My interaction with the front desk was very pleasant! The front desk associate was knowledgeable about the wedding party staying there which is very important. Knowing your product and services is great, but knowing your current guests is essential. Great job!
