Take a look at my awesome chair in the room, I just can’t imagine how long it’s been since it’s been cleaned.

Very comfortable. Not right in downtown which is good and bad. Had to take a cab to get to meetings, but it was very quiet. And it honestly didn't take long to get downtown or to other attractions. Extremely friendly and responsive staff.

Breakfast

Overall, the room and the hotel were nice. I really enjoyed the koi pond that meandered through the lobby. The free breakfast was also very good. For some reason, there was only one towel in our room, but it was no problem to have more brought up.

This embassy suites is anything but sweet, it’s more like embarrassing suites.

Spacious rooms

Very large rooms and the breakfast is good. Other than that I wouldn't recommend staying here. Hotel is very outdated. Like this place was built in 1920s outdated.

Pros:

Shower - shower pressure turns low after you've been in the shower for a few minutes.

Breakfast at an embassy suites is normally something to look forward to, but st this hotel you are served dried out biscuits and fake looking scrambled eggs.

Housekeeping - It's almost like housekeeping doesn't know how to clean the rooms properly. One colleague stated her room door was left open after housekeeping left.

Employees seem like every interaction is a hassle, I called the front desk to request 2 towels. We didn’t even get our room cleaned on that particular day. The lady on the phone said that she would put in the request, after 1 hour I asked another employee cleaning another room for some clean towels and was told I would need to contact the front desk. So I did again, and again waited an hour. Nothing arrived, and the extra towels I requested during the online check in process never arrived either.

Cons:

Seriously dirty hotel, both the room and the common areas need serious cleaning. Not acceptable for the Hilton hotel portfolio.

Located just of the highway for ease of access. With an Exquisite breakfast buffet and evening cocktail happy hour. Access to a pool is nice for families. The Only Fault worth mentioning is all rooms face the atrium so sounds Associated to evening events tend to carry even to the 8th floor.
