Shower did leak all over bathroom floor and we have as yet to find the ice machine...
Parking not close to room, noisy ac, disrepair
In have to agree this hotel does deserve the poor reviews! The room was in disrepair, the weren't very clean, the halls were dirty and loud. The breakfast area was under repair and it felt like I was eating in a basement. They should have moved the breakfast area away from the construction! When my concerns were brought up the the front desk , they were ignored. To top it off when I filled out an online survey after my awful experience there, I was sent an email basically saying, sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but oh well. If you are looking for safe feeling, clean lodging, this isn't the place for you!
