The best staff ever! Beautiful hotel and Christmas decor! Very clean and location is awesome. Classy area with fashion mall, many stores and everything you could want. This was the Perfect choice. The two night ladies were awesome. ( Shift change) The breakfast lady and morning front desk were very friendly too. Good ol southern hospitality!
The room was clean and I didn't notice any maintence problems. The breakfast was decent, but all of the other Holiday Inns I've stayed at have been better. The receptionist was friendly. The room could use some updates, there is no desk which is difficult since I'm in town for work. There is a small table but only an awkward chair to sit in that looks like it has seen much better days.
