Great people, awesome service, nice rooms, beautiful view, good breakfast. I have been staying here at the Best Western in Birmingham for several months now. I would not stay anywhere else if it was cheaper. I have been treated like family since the first day. They have always worked with me on issues and are always looking out for my best interest. I'm reaching the end of my stay now; however, I hope to find in other cities the standard that this hotel has set for me. Best wishes to all employees, thanks for the experience.
Waited ten minutes at the front desk at 6:35 pm on a Sunday to check in. Then called while standing there. No one came to give us service or even answered the phone!. The person cleaning rooms came and left her key and cleaning sheet didn't say a word to us and left. We went to another hotel.
Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Excellent breakfast including fresh fruits. There is no dining within a 10 minute walk, and traffic in the area is mad so even driving to dinner will take some patience - but lots of choices within 15 min drive.

Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. We did a king room and it was very comfortable. Would recommend!
