Service was great and fast! We were late to our appointment but they were still able to see us. We were applying for a newborn passport and had pictures made as well. Would definitely recommend UAB Passport Services!
Excellent customer service experience!!! I had a scheduled appointment. I was greeted by the friendly staff at the desk upon my arrival. The wait for someone to assist me was only about 5 minutes. I was assisted and done within about 10-15 minutes. Will definitely recommend family and friends to use the UAB Passport services. Much thanks for providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!
I went in without an appointment needing a photo taken for my passport. Not only did the staff fit me in and get my photos to me quickly, they went a step further and helped me review my passport application, and then packaged and sent it out for me. It was so convenient, I wish I had known about the passport office sooner! Highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience! I had heard horror stories about the time it takes at other places so I expected the worse. I was pleasantly surprised that it took less than 10 minutes. Mr. Jeffries is excellent, efficient and pleasant to work with!
