I called before I visited the building and the lady I spoke with was prompt and knowledgeable. When I arrived my experience was great as well. Everyone in the building were very helpful and polite. I'm from MD my first visit and I had no problems or complications. Very satisfied with the services I have been provided.
Never can get a hold of your caseworker,they don't send out important information as far as notifying you for a 6month review.
Keep calling they keep hanging up,stamps been deposited BUT not in my ACCOUNT? Nobody knows anything#governor IVEY
Be warned if you are white they are hateful. I walk in there and they treat black people with a smile but myself just pure hateful. They won't even tell me if my food stamp card is in or not.
