When the owner bought this house 10 years ago, on 8 96th. Street North to section 8 families,every rule has been broken,from having boyfriends and other family members living there for years.They also have loud parties,smoking weed,loud music,urinating in the yard,day care and over grown and destroyed front yard.The children, except one are grown, out of high school are very disrespectful.The police have been called for 2 years.The housing authority need to check up on these people that rent to section 8.They will destroy your neighborhood.It's all a game.I thought section 8 were for families trying to get on their feet,and wanted to be a productive citizen,while on this planet. The Housing Authority Failed the System and failed me.
