I went in and they greeted me. Good, not too long of a visit. They were nice esp the brown skin lady who took my vital signs lol she was cool. The other lady, not sure of her title, but she helped me
Have been calling for a week to get my son a 6 month check up and they kept telling me they weren't doing physical check ups all that week !!! Went ahead and got his 6 month vaccine anyway and the nurse was telling my 6 month old he was a fat so and that he needed to take the baca like a man cause women were gonna make his life miserable anyway and that she was gonna call HR on us for making him get the vaccinations
I don't know who is in charge of hiring these people but it's obviously someone who doesn't care about their job because clearly all the people who works here don't give a damn about anybody. First of all of y'all open at 8, why the hell do you have 7:45 on google AS WELL as your freaking welcome message when someone calls. Not only that I tried to schedule an appointment for 7:30 because it was advertised that I could and this old rude ass lady told me we don't open until 8. This place is horrible if you ask me.
Called to get some information and was abruptly interrupted! I understand that you may get the same questions 100x a day, but that comes with the territory of the job you signed up for. If you don't like your job, find a new profession!
The service is the same as it is in just about every other business office within the Birmingham city limits. Customer Service means nothing, everybody is rude as hell and acting they either didn't want to go to work, or that you're getting on their nerves. These people are not particularly interested in helping the people at all, they just want their check.
