We have taken our Maltese to several places for boarding and grooming, but this has been the best. The owner and staff truly love animals and it shows. They will call with any concerns and are happy to take our calls if we check on him. The environment is clean and well attended. Our Maltese loves going and never looks back when we have to leave him which helps! He knows and loves the staff. They have earned our trust as they have taken excellent care of our fur baby.
I used them once to board my little chihuahua overnight. She is very shy and cautious and has - in the past - been very nervous and anxious after being boarded. But this time she came through like a champ! It was evident they took good care of her and eased her anxiety. I will definitely use them again! But next time I'll make sure she has extra bedding and that they put down potty pads for her. It's a nice feeling to know that your fur-baby will be well cared-for when you have to go out of town. :-)
Very pleased with our boarding experience! Our rescued dog Lucky had some special needs.He was as happy when I picked him up as if he was @ home! Be specific with your pets needs and they will follow up. Called a little to much but the owner and staff gave us daily updates. Nice and clean inside! Thanks again! Just an update: we boarded Lucky again a.couple weeks ago, for 7 nights. The owner and her staff took great care of Lucky again!! He's very finicky about eating, no thanks to my wife feeding him snacks! Haha! Anyway the owner actually sat in with him and hand feed him! Again he was in great shape when we picked him up, happy and well fed! Thanks again!
Unlike other dog groomers I have used in the past at My Spoiled Pet Resort and Spa my dog gets a one-on-one pampering!! I would recommend their grooming services to anyone. Give it a go – your dog deserves it!
Relatively nice facility for dog boarding. I was a little upset that the website states the dogs get beds and tv for the best package and upon arriving they were undergoing repairs and didnt have either. And was still charged full price. I prefer places that allow unlimited play time. The outside area for running is tiny. The pricey rooms are big enough. I would never dream of boarding my dog in the lowest priced cages available. Although my pup is spoiled. With everything I wasn't happy with though, my dog came bolting out of the door with a huge smile on his face and was genuinely happy which was a very different reaction from our previous boarding experience. So that made me happy. I would recommend.
