I have taken my Cocker Spaniel here for over a year now & we love it!
Gracie loves her day care days. I love the staff. They treat her so wonderfully. Cannot recommend them enough.
Not only do the folks at JHH really care for your pup like you would but their trainer, LaDale, is absolutely fantastic.
I take my dog here once a week, and he loves it. He hasn't always gotten along with other dogs, but he is so much more sociable now after a few months of weekly daycare. The staff at JHH is so nice and helpful, and I trust their judgment. Their services are also really affordable. I can't recommend them highly enough.
My dog received an injury, it was hard to contact anyone who knew about the situation and management did not cooperate or empathize. My dog suffered a large bruise and blood spot on her back left leg. I had to call several times and finally got ahold of management. They did not find out how the injury happened and I finally had to take my dog to the vet. Also, I requested nail trimming while my dog boarded and they forgot to do so. I scheduled a drop off for my dog for boarding and no one was in the office to receive her though I let them know ahead of time. I definitely do not reccommend this place.
