Exceptional customer service and patience with beginners! My child was just getting started, they were extremely patient and thorough to help us get what my son needed and wanted and what would work best for him. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Retail can be a stressful position, especially when customers have questions that they have answered millions of times before, but they took time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with everything we were purchasing for our son. They were fairly busy when we were there, but they made sure that my family felt like we were the only thing that mattered at the moment. They carried the hallmark of a true small hometown business. Putting customer service first. We will definitely be shopping here again!

I called Faith to place an order over the phone for a present. I spoke with the owner who was very nice and had knowledge of the product he was carrying. Next time I'm in Birmingham I'll be sure to stop by Faith and visit and I'll recommend them to anyone passing through as well. Keep The Faith!!!
Anytime Im in town I try and stop by this shop! Peter and the guys carry a nice selection of current and quality skateboarding goods! They are knowledgeable and will set you up right, if he doesn't have it, he can get it! Bottom line 22 years in the game and still going has to mean you've got it right!
