I went for an outpatient upper GI endoscopy and was extremely pleased with the consideration and professionalism of the staff and doctors. Dr Ali Ahmed did the procedure, including taking a biopsy to diagnose a suspicious spot. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ahmed. He was considerate and caring and took time before the test to answer any questions and time afterward to explain to my family and to me the results of the test and what the logical next steps would be. If I had a friend or relative who needed this test I would hope they would get Dr Ahmed. I feel confident he is very well qualified and based on my interactions with him yesterday I trust him completely. I was also very pleased with the care and the attitude of every nurse and other employee I dealt with. This is the experience you would hope for if in the midst of a difficult disease process.
