He is very sweet. I do feel rushed. He's never looked inside my eyes but today he will. I'm seeing double vision. They are letting me put my well being in danger unable to see. I'm disappointed.
Dr. Hector Caballero is one of the most caring doctors I know. He diagnosed my son's health issue that other doctors did not. I would highly recommend Dr. Caballero!!
I asked could I speak with the doctor because I was in pain and had been waiting for an hour but was told he would only see patients (I am a patient) and would not come to the front to speak with anyone because she's been his nurse for 3 years and she know that is something he don't do. I left and will not return. Dr. Caballero should be made aware of how rude and unprofessional his nurse is to his patients.

The wait time is horrible. You have a 1pm appointment and you're not seen until after 3pm. That is a BIG problem! I will not be going back! I'm having my records transferred ASAP!
He prescribed me Topamax for Migraines and Seizures. After 2 weeks it cave me panic attacks, shaking so hard I could hard to feed myself,, inability to talk without speaking slowly, major hyperventilating multiple times a day. I called the nurse cause my migraines were hurting so bad the pressure behind my eyes was giving me double vision. The lady at the front desk insisted that I have to come in or I can't get any more meds. Now I'm going to have to put my 10 yo son in harm's way driving 25 minutes with double vision. The Secretary sounded like she couldn't care.
I had an appointment, after an hour of waiting the receptionist (the nurse ) told me I had a balance. After calling my insurance company, it was determined that they use the incorrect code when the claim was submitted. I was told they would resubmit the claim but before the doctor could see me I had to pay the balance and it will be refunded.
Very personable and knowledgeable. Approachable and in tune with family concerns. I don't like many doctors. But I give him an A+
It took them two months to turn in required paperwork to my employer that the Dr had signed but the nurse hadn't completed her portion.
Dr. Hector Caballero is an awesome neurologist. He has great bedside manners and is very professional. He deserve five stars. However, his staff is the opposite. They are rude and very unprofessional.
