Danielle is AWESOME, warm, and very professional!!! She helped me out, via speakerphone, with an issue that arise when I went to the Crestwood location. She didn't have to but she did; she even insisted on calling them herself or put her on speakerphone. I truly appreciated her act of care and professionalism. The doctors there are awesome too. I should have followed my first mind and went to this location instead of the one in Crestwood.
I was feeling so bad. I have been there several times. I had a great experience at American family care. I was in and out of there in good time. They are very professional. I really like going there when I need to. It is very organized.
The 2 ladies at the front desk and the nurse who gave me my new hire drug screen were all extremely pleasant and very kind. I even had a discrepancy with the paperwork they wanted me to sign and the manner in which they explained what was being asked of me was done nicely and so I could better understand. When I was done I accused them of still holding my ID, yet they had already given it back but they were kind hearted and very pleasant to me in telling me so. They seem to have a great team who works extremely well with patients.
The medical staff here are very courteous, professional and friendly. The waiting area is clean and inviting. The wait time is usually very fast, depending on number of waiting patients. Preferred location for non emergency medical needs.
I've been here several times and each time the visit is Amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and polite. I went to another location and it was awful so if I ever need this location will be the one I go to!!!
