I was recently seen by Bonnie Moore, CRNP, as a new patient at Brookwood Baptist Health, Hoover. Ms. Moore is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, courteous, concerned, attentive, and prompt. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent primary care provider. The nurses April and Jessica also did a fantastic job.
Apparently my doctor left and nobody informed me. I show up to my yearly appointment and it was cancelled without me being informed.
I would not recommend Dr. Chhabra. Once it became evident that my husband's condition was not something simple and it would take some work to find the right diagnosis, she verbally berated my husband for being sick! She told him that his symptoms were all in his head and that he should just suck it up and get over it. Luckily we did not heed her advice and we found a different doctor who was able to give him the correct diagnosis, but I would not recommend Dr. Chhabra to anyone. She was not only unhelpful professionally, but she was downright mean in her interaction with us.
These people are awesome! They have worked me in when I needed them to, and they are super friendly.
Dr Gilstrap and every other person from the front desk to the lab are fantastic. It is my choice to seek care anywhere, and I drive to Hoover from Gardendale to see the folks at this clinic.
