I started seeing Dr. Grayce Arnold in early 2017. I've had two visits total and have another in a few months. She spent a lot of time with me answering my questions. I highly recommend her. All of the staff was polite.
Saw Dr. Arnold at this office. Dr. Arnold was great and I can't think of a negative thing to say about her. The office staff was fantastic and friendly. When I left a message with a question, I got a call back from a nurse the same day. Very pleased.
Dr. Arnold and the staff here are very nice and professional. Dr. Arnold does not rush in and out and takes time to answer my questions. I find this location very convenient and a much easier experience overall (as compared with trying to find a PCP via UAB).
I've previously seen Dr. Arnold two times and thought I'd found the perfect primary care doctor. She does not push antibiotics on you like many doctors and urgent care facilities and seemed very thorough in her treatment. The issue is with scheduling. Since choosing her for my primary care doctor, I've called three other times for "sick visits" and told the soonest appointment available was 1.5 to 2.5 weeks away. When you are sick that wait time is completely unrealistic. The office does not allow you to see any of the other doctors even for a sick visit either so you either have to wait 1.5 to 2.5 weeks for an appointment (you'll either be better or dead by then) or seek treatment at an urgent care facility (the whole reason I found a primary care doctor in the first place was to avoid these places). So here I am on the hunt for another PCP.
I have never in my life had such a horrible and encounter with a Doctor's office. I was deceived into taking a test in which I was told I would not be charged for, and then received a bill for over $100. While attempting to resolve the matter, Dr. Arnold's nurse, Pam, was horribly rude and was possibly the most unprofessional individual I've ever encountered. If possible, I would give this place negative stars. I can not recommend to anyone reading this that they avoid this place enough... go somewhere that will treat you like a human and won't trick you into taking tests that cost a fortune and then hang up on your face.
