Dr Cranford is great, unfortunately the office staff are not helpful. After being told they were in network with my insurance I get a large bill for routine labwork. After addressing the problem, eventually an office manager called and assured me they were trying to get in network with my plan and retroactively have the claim processed but if they couldn't they would contact me. I was never contacted, they simply lowered the amount due a few weeks later. Find another place with better office staff!
The below review sounds like they were very helpful. I went to a place that didn't have ANYONE call me back regarding a bill that I shouldn't have gotten let alone an office manager! & they surely didn't contact my insurance company on my behalf or lower my bill!! Man this place is even greater than I thought it was!
