TMI and Amy Miller have managed my property and found my tenants for my rental property for the last 5 years. I have received outstanding service. Not a great company from a tenants perspective. Very responsive/friendly etc when initially entering contract, but once you're in they avoid and neglect at all cost. We've had a few issues come up and it has taken days to get a response to msgs and requests. If I were the owner I would definitely shop around for a better company. I would not want this type of people representing me or my property.
I've been waiting for about a month now to hear back from them about my deposit. I've called them multiple times and they refuse to call me back. I can never get anyone on the phone there, not to mention the entire time I rented the house, it was like pulling teeth to get them to come out for repairs. They forced me and my roommates to be without A.C. for 2 months. Update: still no call back from this Amy person. This company seems to be run by a bunch of people who don't care about their renters. Update, Amy finally called to tell me that I'm not getting a deposit back because of the already terrible paint job that was their before I moved it. Not to mention they charged me for an "unclean kitchen" when on they day of moving in the kitchen was covered RAT droppings. On top of that, our fridge goes out in the last month of living there and they never come and fix it!!!!! After cleaning it up and living there for as long as the lease made me, I cleaned the kitchen to beyond what it looked like on move in day and they STILL charged me for it. On top of all of this, Amy had the audacity to ask me to delete my review before telling me I wasn't getting my deposit back. This company doesn't care about you if you're just renting and in college, young people stay away.
Santa who everyone knows lives at the North Pole, decided to buy some property in Birmingham, AL. In need of a Honest, Hard working company, Santa selected TMI. Amy was the Bomb. She was on call 24/7 to represent me to my tenants. Her office staff helped me to find a rental house, Provided tenants for me and took care of all my service calls. She was so good, I tried to hire her into the elves union at the North Pole, but Alas, she didn't fit the height requirement. Any ways, If you are in need of any Property Management in the Birmingham, AL area, this is the place to use. Their whole package service is wrapped with Ribbons and Bows. Ho Ho Ho.
