No star at all because they deserve this. Most irresponsible people I have ever seen in my life. More than 10 times we have complained and even went to the office about our roof leakage but only thing they do say that they will fix asap. It's been more than 2 months. They are unbearable.
Well my apartment has been leaking water inside my bedroom ever since the first time it rained and it is ridiculous! And not just a little water but a waterfall depending on how hard it is raining. Our fridge went out and all our food spoiled and there was no compensation even though when rent is due they expect it promptly. There is no contact from the office when all the things kept happening like our air conditioning went out in the middle of the summer and we were burning up no contact from the office. All they do is buy up properties, run the rate up, find people they can dupe and all the while you have all these things go wrong and they really don't care!!!
These people are unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. My roofs been leaking for over 3 weeks with zero action on it. My ceiling's fallen in parts of my kitchen twice, and I have a crack in my living room that doesn't seem to matter to them. There's rat poop littering my attic and no one's sent a terminator to even look at the place. They don't care about their residents.
We have been doing business with H2 for years. Great to deal with.
They purchased the residence to remodel and kicked me and all my neighbors out on the street. Some are homeless and even have to move out of State. I hope whoever's responsible dies the most slow and painful death a human being can possible experience.
