I have lived at Bristol for several years and the people here are incredibly unprofessional... One person in particular has acted in an extreme manner on multiple occasions and shown their inability to handle situations with a level head. They do not communicate and will go long periods without any communication, and will send their lower tier employees to handle situations that higher management should do. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as they have shown me, as well as others, how truly unprofessional and unreliable they are.
These people are the absolute worst. The Cambrian Woods board trusting them with thousands and thousands of dollars of homeowners’ money is pure inanity. The only reason they don’t have less than one star is because the system won’t allow people to award less than one star.
If I could, I would not even give this company one star. They are very unprofessional and there is zero communication. After calling and emailing multiple times they still have not addressed our porch safety issues which needs to be replaced, we were charged an outrageous amount of money for a fireplace assessment fee but yet no one even came to look at our fireplace,. The homeowners association fee is $300 a month which is unheard of and doesn't even offer anything for the community in return. They will not return phone calls or emails, and Roxanne basically dog cussed my fiancé which is very unprofessional. Everyone that lives in our neighborhood is trying to get out and is trying to sell their houses but no one wants to buy because no one wants to pay a $300 a month home association fee for a neighborhood that is old and the townhomes are falling apart. I would strongly recommend not doing any kind of business with this company.
Our contact person is Roxane Nelson and she attends all of our HOA meetings. They follow and enforce all of the by-laws of our condo in a fair and impartial manner. As always they could be better in some areas but are the best of the local management companies.

I wish I could submit ‘0’ stars. The fact that I contacted the Board of Realtors to file a complaint and they admitted I’m among multiple people who’ve filed a complaint against this company, is evidence alone as to their unprofessionalism. This is the first review I’ve ever left on a company, simply because I want to prevent any consumer from suffering what I’ve been through. My relationship with this company began positive, but was far from that by the end. It seems they grew too fast and don’t have enough staff, cause I used to admire Katrina‘s ‘go getter’, professional demeanor. They’ve cost me thousands of dollars from their negligence to report a leak, leaving the property unkempt and vacant for 7-8 months, repeatedly sending emails, calling, and attempting to reach someone getting no responses,.... The worst part is that after costing me so much grief, time and money, they cover up their mistakes with excuses. The male owner even went so far as to verbally attack me. Is it so hard to take ownership and correct your mistakes?! Don’t pay them a dime of your money. Please do your homework, as they didn’t have any reviews when I first hired them. I wish I knew then what I know today. Wishing you the best in finding a solid company!
