I rented a house from this company for 1 year, they were very prompt when I called for maintenance and needed repairs. My heating furnace actually went out during the ice storm of 2014 and they sent someone out very promptly and determined it could not be fixed and replaced the entire unit. I actually wanted to buy the house I was renting because I was so happy with everything, unfortunately it wasn't for sale. The only reason I moved was because I bought a home. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent.

I was warned not to deal with this company but took my chances and tried to give the benefit of doubt. The house I rented was a complete patch job to begin with but I figured I could work with it while building my credit. They won't fix the most simplest things on Their Property . Well let's just say that I won't be renewing my lease and very disappointed with this company . No regard for safety !
I DODNT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO LOOK THE HOUSES THE LADY BARBRA IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY AND THEY DONT COMMUNICATE. SO IM FLAD I DECIDED NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I DOTN RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THEM
Most of their properties are raggedy and located in not so safe neighborhood's, the nice looking homes they have are over priced . Barringtons houses don't even have closet doors in most of there homes just check out there YouTube Channel, All They Do Is Nail Red Blanks Up To The Door, There Homes ARE NOT made to live in long term, if you are looking for something nice visit Havenbrook homes or Gk houses they have better homes . Barringtons has good customer service and they will help you anyway the can they just have raggedy houses, they will tell you that they homes go fast but I have seen property empty for almost a year
