Ordered ribeye steak sandwich with grilled onions only, came with melted cheese, steak was so TOUGH I couldn't eat it, full of fat & grizzle. Also ordered a grilled chicken salad and baked potato. Requested that forks for 2 be included, only got 1 fork so we had to share it. One package each of salt & pepper not enough for 2 people to season there food with. All came to just over 31 dollars before top, made for a very expensive salad and potato. I have never been served such a TOUGH STEAK, COULD NOT EVEN PULL IT APART WITH MY FINGERS MUCH LESS EAT IT. I gave them 1 star because the deliver man was polite, best part of the order.
On vacation here from tn & they delivered steak right to my hotel. It got here on time and was really good. It's not cheap but it's steak and you pay for convenience!
My experience was subpar and it sucks because I used to work at a Steak out so I LOVE the food. People not washing hands, delivery drivers coming in and packing rolls with no gloves or washing hands. One guy was taking out trash (I know because I parked my the dumpster) he came back in, took an order and then packed me food up with out washing hands...you can see the trend here...NOT WASHING hands!
It was amazing food, friendly delivery guy, and reasonable priced. They delievered in under 30 mins. We are from out of town but anytime we come back we will order from Steak out!!
The staff is always friendly and courteous to me. Alabama, I like you guys, not as much as Texans but I like you nonetheless. You are smart, fun and friendly. You have a good thing going. Keep it up. To the guys at the Steakhouse in Birmingham and all over Alabama, keep up the good work.
Steak-Out is unique to Alabama and unique in general. I travel extensively and aside from high-end restaurants that offer room service, I have not found anyone who DELIVERS such great tasting steaks. Their steaks are consistently tender, juicy and flavorful (The Ribeyes are anyway, that's all that I've tried). The prices are very reasonable yet the quality is almost on par with steaks purchased at "upscale" restaurants in the $40 - $60 range. Really.
You guys in Alabama are lucky. You have two great football teams, songs about your state and one of those teams, warm people and STEAK- OUT CHARBROILED DELIVERY.
