The staff here are amazing. So very nice and happy all the time. Even when its packed out you still get your order super fast and always correct and with a BIG smile and have a wonderful day.
I LOVE your subs!!!I even try tricking my mom to go there sometimes! Not as fast as Jimmy Johns but, Jimmy Johns are not worth it. Here is why: 1. The subs crumple and are super messy. 2. Ho-hum tasting subs. 3. The cashiers treat me like a robot.4.They dont give money for a good cause
As an ex manager at firehouse subs in FL, I was very disappointed upon walking into this restaurant. I did not get greeted, actually I stood at the register for about four minutes while 3 girls were standing on the line discussing a sandwich. Then a shift leader came out of the back on the phone, finished talking, hung up the phone and then asked me had I been helped. I ordered, then when I got my sandwich (my favorite by the way, an Italian), the meat was not hot all the way through indicating that the steamer needed water. Honestly, they either are not trained or don't care because you can look at the way the cheese is melted on the sandwich and tell the steamer needs water, so when I got my sandwich I already knew it wasn't going to be warm, but I was in a hurry and had to get to work. Let me just apologize that your employees and management staff are not on top of their game. They need more training.
Friendly staff and food is always correct/delicious. Best firehouse I’ve eaten at for sure
First time at this location. Food was hot and of good quality. Only had to wait about 8 minutes for the food and they were fairly steady so that's was good. Will go back again in the future.
