Made an order and was told it would take 120-150 minutes. After 150 minutes we phone and they tell us it is on its way. After more than THREE hours, we never receive the order, we call back and they tell us that they've called us several times (my phone being on my lap all these THREE hours) and we didn't answer, not sending the order again and assuring that there will be no charge on my card... Thank you for leaving my family without dinner.
First issue, the lady lied to me over the phone insisting she "knew for certain" my order was on its way right then and after another hour passed by I called back and she said they were closed and do not deliver to my location. Since I've ordered Pizza Hut to my same saved address location on the app numerous times, I then canceled my order for the dishonesty.
My point is, if you're in Homewood or Southside and want a cheap, quick bite-- order anything else.

Which brings me to my final issue that lead to this review: I placed my final order with Pizza Hut tonight.
Delivery driver had a terrible attitude and the cheese on my pizza was old. Tasted like spoiled milk. Was given the run around about a refund just to get a call saying I would have to come get my money because the driver wasn't being paid for bringing me my money back. Will never order from here again.
Sadly, it wasn't even because I had an awful experience this time. It just that I realize I DON'T have an experience with this company that's great-- it's just, well, a transaction. I ordered online with my Hut Rewards Profile and then called to confirm my order since the site had crashed when I clicked to place it. The same rude lady answered the phone and snapped "Name!" Before I could finish my sentence and "Yeah- we got it!" and hanging up the phone. Also, that's some hell of typing skills. My driver arrived directly on time, and was extremely polite, although my food was completely cold.
Second issue, any time I've called the store whether it be because my number changed and the delivery driver may have needed it or I needed to confirm something concerning an online order, the same lady is nasty as ever over the phone. Tip to the manager and owner: people who don't work well with people should not work in customer service, your employee is bringing you down.
Omg it took an hour to get my pizza and it was wrong and had to wait another 30minutes for a new one
