Found the earrings I needed at a great price and in the meantime they cleaned my ring till it looked brand new....but even better than that they worked a miracle and removed the knot in my necklace that has been plagued me for over a year. I have visited this jewelry store on several occasions. There is a reason i keep going back. The ladies are always so pleasant, and the jewelry is beautiful! My husband got my wedding band there, I've had jewelry repaired there, they pierced my daughter's ears, and they made a bracelet for my daughter. I always stop in to have my wedding rings cleaned whenever I'm in the area. We love Shay's and will continue to be faithful customers!
