The jewelry itself is beautiful and wonderful, unfortunately, the attitudes of the staff are not. Go to one of the department stores or online for a pleasant experience!

I was treated very rudely by the manager, Lauren. I was called a lier twice. After she realized I was correct, she gave a 15% discount for the confusion. I whole $9 for the embarrassment she caused me and disrespect. She has no business being a manager the way she treats customers.
I was unable to place a phone order with this store! I literally called for 4 days and no one answered the phone. I emailed and got no response. When I finally did speak to someone she never followed up with my order. I called another KScott store and it took 5 minutes to place my order and she was very friendly! Go elsewhere for your KScott!
