I love this store! I've been to multiple locations and I never left empty handed from any of them. They have great prices on a wide variety of merchandise.
I love this store. I love how their store is organized by color. Everytime I walk to the door the employees greet me and ask me if there's anything that they can do for me. Their store is always clean and well put together. And the employees are sincerely nice.
I just came from a Charming Charlie store. Everybody was extremely friendly going above and beyond to help me for an item. However when I just gave my phone number the other day why do they have to keep asking for my phone number again? Isn't there any way you can keep that in your system? This is highly agitating. I understand it's for sales but come on, I was there twice this week and I had to give my phone number both times, I think that's a little excessive. Pushing sales on a customer that much in one week tends to turn a person off.
