Be sure that you follow the cleaning and warranty policy to a tea because they will use that to not make situations with your jewelry right. Paid a good amount for my ring and they won't fix it. Yet I still have to pay for it. Manager was not very helpful with the situation at all. Of good when you are purchasing from them. Not so much afterward.

Rude, pushy, condescending, and very unprofessional. The manager was the worst one of all. Watch out for the creepy old guy who works there and walks around staring at every young girl who walks by the store. Spend your money somewhere else!
