This store and the employees are very unprofessional, I received something as a gift and went in to exchange it for something of a different color as I don’t wear much gold. The employees gave me horrible looks as soon as I walked in the door. Then told me I basically was out of luck because it was a seasonal item. No alternate options or suggestions. This store will not last long at all at this location ! And for a store that emphasizes women , giving nasty looks and horrible customer service to a woman that may not look like you is absolutely insane. Also the smell in the store is extremely overwhelming and could cause a migraine easily. Very disappointing. Will be letting everyone know.
Received a bracelet for birthday that I already had. Tried to go in and do an exchange and they were not able to help. Called customer service and they accommodated me. When I checked out their facebook page, I saw that another client came in wanting to do the exact same thing and they were accommodated. I see that they only want to service the kind of clients they want to service. There were three employees working and no one else in the store, so they had time to help me through what I needed help with.
Recieved a hand of Fatima necklace from my husband that i had pointed out in the window. Love it! Went in to thank them and bought the Mother Mary bracelet. The back is almost prettier than the front! So happy.
