WIC offic is horrible. Unorganized. They have you on hold for hours at a time and still dont pick up the phone. You have to physically go in if theres a problem. When you go clear your schedule because you will be there all day waiting because they are always short staffed. They need to hire more people. Just terrible.
My Sister and I came from another county as a walkin...we arrived about 9:50 with three boys and were done and in the car around 11:25 and to us as walkins that was very swift service and they were very helpful
I cannot ever get ahold of anyone, they keep me on hold for hours... If they ever even pick up the phone.

My fiancé recently went to have a family planning visit, and the stories she's came back with are horrible. They constantly questioned her about age, even though she brought her birth certificate, they didn't explain any of their procedures until they were in the middle of performing said procedure, and were rude and inconsiderate of her. This will be the first and least time she goes to this medica facility.
