The actual hospital is decent,the nurses are wonderful.The emergency room is absolutely horrible,it takes forever to get back in an actual room.We waited while over 15 people came in after us,and made it back before us for some reason. Some of them even were discharged before we got to a room. There also seemed to be some hostility towards us in the lobby from some reason, not sure if it's because we're white. Security was a headache, but the security guards were very helpful and nice. Stay away from Dr Humphreys, that guy won't even examine you properly. I would recommend bypassing the emergency department all together. If you're a woman, watch for the male nurse busting through the door right after your told to get dressed, without knocking.

Absolutely horrible. Completely ruined my grandmothers hand. Someone that doesn’t know what they are doing should not even be aloud to touch anyone. Her hand looks beaten beyond recognition. I am extremely angry and plan on pursing this until someone makes a change or we filter through people that do not give an once of compassion or common curtesy to those who truly need help. I can’t stand how majority of this staff carelessly shows their irritation when having to do their “job”. Excuse me but your “job” is to help others heal and make it through any health issues. Do you think any patient wants to be there? No. So why on earth would you make their visit any worse then what it is. Or make them feel like it’s their fault your having a bad day or you don’t want to be there. Justice for my grandmother and others like her will be sought and found. Trust me. I wish I could give no stars
Horrible place! My grandmother went in for an evaluation because she has dementia. She was walking talking and physically in great shape. In two weeks she was not able to do anything but stare at the ceiling. She lost weight and could hardly hold her head up, the nurses only kelp her medicated for their own comfort. They didn't care if she ate, bathed or had anything to drink. She just came home today and now hospice has to came out daily because of how badly she is doing all because the nurses heavily medicated her to the point to where she almost died! Steer clear of this facility at all cost!! Negative 5 star facility! !!
This place has the worst customer service I have dealt with. My order was placed in October. In November I went to talk to them about my supplies. Now it’s December 18, 2017. I still don’t have all of my supplies. I called the manager to talk about the issue. She kept interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I will carry my business elsewhere and notify My Doctor of how I was treated. It’s December 22, still no info on shipping
This place is horrible. Currently have been sitting since 6:30 pm and still here at 11pm with nothing but vitals taken. I understand there are emergencies that have to be put first however, if you continuously pull people who have come in after a whole waiting room has waited for hours including a girl who is pregnant and could hardly breath there’s no excuse. If you want fast service this isn’t the place to come.
