I'll be changing my children from this clinic. You simply can't get an appointment at all three days in a row calling with two sick children at home that have to miss school waiting to be seen and by the time my call goes through it's just to say there's no more appointments. Also rude receptionists when you ask simple questions. I'm so satisfied with the doctor which now they say does not work there anymore. More than one reason to move from this clinic that was all that was keeping me here just for a good doctor. Now I won't have to deal with there ugly attitudes on the phone and there lack of attention for sick children if it takes forever to get an appointment for a sick child just imagine if you have a well child that needs physical exams etc.
Ridiculous!! Calling from7:00 am and can't get an appointment early??I was 5th on queue and the rude lady told me that the only appointment they have is 11 am. I mean some of us have to work...And the top of it,I was on line for 17(!!!!) minutes. Horrible,I'm changing my child's clinic.
RUDE !!! RUDE !!!! RUDE!!!! im not just talking about someone having ONE bad day, im talking about EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! the woman over immunizations has a VERY disgusting attitude and treats the incoming patients like GARBAGE!!! i pray one day that she realizes, you never know what someone else is going through and to be kind and compassionate!! im more than dissatisfied and i hope one day a HR will read this and enlighten her on working with the public.
