rating is out of the question I recenlty had my best friend pulled from there do to the fact that the nursing stall are not comitted to care just to make a paycheck. At first it a clean looking very nice looking facility but while he was there he was left without a bath and had to be asked to do that once it was brought up. he had just had a 5 valve bypass and a neck and leg bypass and was in no condition to do the bath completly himself after a few days he also had bowel problems and the doctor on staff gave the wrong condition and had to be told the meds he was on by myself what was causing the problem last time he had an accident in his diaper he sat for over 45minutes waiting on someone to help him clean up and when he brought it up to a nurse she said so what youve had this problem since you go here. then once I got him released to come home early by his main doctor they refused his medications on file to bring home with him that his insurance had paid for already and then gave him new scrips to have filled again to be paid for twice and would not tell us what they had planned on doing with his medications still there long story short do not let anybody you know go to this rehab terrible care terrible doctor and mismanaged badly would give them a no star but there is a few of the nurses there that are sweet and the therepy dept is good and tried to help the best they could
The absolute worst. Nurses are only there to get a pay check. My mom fell the first night she was there.Laid on the floor for a while before they found her. They put on a good show to get you in the place then don't much of anything they said they would do.They want us to get a private sitter for her she required more attention and help than they had the time to give. If you call for assistance at night they tell you to hurry up they don't have time to wait on you to use the bath room. Wanted to wake you up at 5 am for a bath. Let the woman get some sleep. Would not put a lame dog in the place.
Wow! What a Diamond in the Rough. Have recently spent several days at this facility. Beautiful location, fabulous facility. Staff seem very engaged and concern about every patient. The team has had to fight the negative reputation in the community and does so as flag waving stakeholders. Spoke to 7-8 residents while I was there and everyone of them told me the same thing. "This is a great rehab facility." Administration is working hard to change the reputation. Do a tour. Meet the staff. Ask questions. Best Place to Rehab.
This place was terrible! In 2012, my grandfather died here. On his first night, he fell and those nurses never picked him up. They never let him wear his normal clothes--just a hospital gown. He was placed in a room with a bunch of absolute strangers and no privacy. And last year... My neighbor died there and his family wasn't told of his death. My point is... DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! IT IS LIKE GUANTANAMO BAY FOR THE ELDERLY!
