They need better people to work there WHO know what they do the people there don't want to help no one I been there for a hour to get help in tools no one have came .....these people work here sucks
Great store in easily accessible location. Always have everything I need available. If something is not in stock or if you need help loading lumber or building supplies, staff is always eager to help.
My husband and I are working on a furniture project and visited the Lowe’s in Trussville to pick up a few things. We had difficulty locating an item (biscuit joiner) and walked over to a area where THREE employees were gathered. He asked if he could get some help and one of the associated asked him if he had “pressed he help button” in the tool department. The employees dispersed and walked over to an area a few feet away to resume socializing. We put our items down that we had found and decided to leave the store immediately and not spend a cent there. When we drove out of the parking lot, I was so bothered that I decided to call and speak with the manager to discuss the poor customer service we received. She could have cared less. Of course. We drove directly to Home Depot and purchased our items- AND received excellent customer service. To be honest, we have consistently experience poor service at Lowe’s and should have known better than to give them another chance.
Management is a joke. Cashiers are rude. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Spend your money and save time elsewhere.
I ordered a washer and dryer that was promised a week ago. I called the store last week to try to find out why the delivery was late and they told me that someone would call me back and they never did. I expected better customer service. Now they tell me that it's going to be another 2 weeks before it is received. The app is useless because it does not tell you the expected delivery date.
