The cashier was very friendly and even gave me a rewards card. They had a better selection of printer cartridges that Cartridge World did. We also use Office Max/Office Depot at work and purchase orders are usually delivered the next day.
My experience today was great! Ray and Brian really helped and I appreciate it!
So I called up here to this Office Max and ask did they have a particular item in stock and the lady on the phone told me yes but once I got all the way to this location, the same employee told me that they no longer carry this item. Complete waste of time and not to mention I am nine months pregnant and was searching everywhere around the store and no one ever asked me did I need any help. Won't ever go back!
Office max lacked customer service. I had a coupon that said ANY sharpie product, not just the two products on the coupon. Brenda denied me the coupon. So i went to Staples and asked if i could use it and they said yes. Will not be going back here.
