I was heading back home decided to try this Whataburger place out. I went during the slow time so the food was fast and very hot as always. I was given great customer service by the employee. The place was very clean both interior and exterior of the location. I only wish they had more outlets in the eat area instead of the corner booth.
Doing one star so maybe someone in charge will notice. I like right next to this location and come here every so often late night. The food is always good but the service is so unbearably slow. Last night I waited in the drive thru like for literally 35 minutes. They either have no clue what is going on inside or just simply don’t care but they really need to get it together. I went at 11:00pm on a Wed night.
Super okay. It's definitely food you can eat, and they sure do give you a lot of it. One time, I replaced the bucket o' beverage that comes with the regular combo with a shake, and lo and behold, the shake also came in the bucket size. It was actually really tasty, and I ate it for DAYS.

Good service, good food, can’t for the life of me tell how you have 5 people working but the doors are locked and the drive through is down, watching 10 cars per minute of loyal customers driving up, to eat, 24 hour burgers but at half past 10 am and you guys still haven’t opened. And you’ve been here opening for over an hour now.. won’t even come to the door to tell anyone if/when you’re opening..

For a fast food restaurant awesome customer service good food. Everything is always cooked fresh and always hot never had a problem. No matter what time I go my food is hot and good. It may take longer than a regular fast food restaurant but totally understand good food isn’t cooked in 2 min awesome
But the burgers were just super average. Chicken, slightly better.
