Edit: I just read through the reviews and saw I'm not the only one. I wish I knew who operated this restaurant. I've been overseas for a year and this was my first Chick-fil-A. Thanks for killing my excitement...
By far the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Rude staff (a rare thing with these restaurants), empty spoon and fork container, no coffee creamer, a register covered in dried soda, and a only 2/3 filled coffee cup made it the poorest of my experiences with this chain in 15 years of going. I was there at 7:30 AM on 28 DEC 17.
Everyone is nice, but 30 minutes to get fast food is nuts... There were only 7 people in front of me.
While this is the best option at the Birmingham airport, the staff could not be more unfriendly. On top of that, on my most recent trip they were out of Chick-FilA sauce, my Coke was flat and my fries were cold.
Ordered sweet tea, server held cup by the open end and dipped into the pitcher to fill cup therefore putting her no glove hands directly into the tea....I asked for a lemonade, or whichever drink doesn't get hand in it. Absolutely unsanitary and unsatisfactory, should call the health department, and probably will when I get home
The staff here was really polite and friendly. They did a really good job of taking care of their customers. Besides, there's no better way to start a long flight than with a chicken biscuit.
