I ordered a steak to be cooked medium. The steak had to be cooked over three times. The cook does not know what medium means. The first time it was well done. The second time it was medium well. The third time it was was almost raw.
I just took it home and re cooked it.
One day it was so great we came back two days later exact opposite. No consistency of service. Apetizers were miles above the charcoaled potatoes that came with the steaks but the apps and service were so good it overshadow it. We were not nearly as luck the last time. So disappointing.
My family and I arrived at 10:56am. We were in town because our daughter was participating in the track events at the Birmingham CrossPlex. We had been in town since 7am and we were famished. We entered and was seated quickly. The manager was very nice. However, our table was dirty. The manager cleaned it quickly. Our waitress was nice. Our order was taken. When our appetizer was brought our we were given a spoon that appeared to be one that someone had already used. The manager was made aware and he gave us a discount on our appetizer. One of our orders wasn't correct but the server corrected it. The silverware that was already wrapped was dirty. Water spots or whatever was used to clean the silverware shouldn't be visible. Then the female restroom was dirty and there wasn't any paper towels to dry your hands. Although, we were accommodated when something was wrong but some of these issues shouldn't be happening when the store just opened at 11am. The tablets on the tables were not operational. When asked about them one of the servers said "they has been acting up for quite some time". He said he would go talk with the manager but he NEVER returned to our table. I DON'T normally complete reviews but I've NEVER experienced so many discrepancies at one time.
Felicia , Bre and Christie are the best they know how to be attentive I wish all waitresses and hostess had their attitude

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE 5 Points West Location!!!!!!
Service was terrible. Waiter didn't come to the table until 15 minutes after we were seated. Some of the food was not received and waiter avoided table during this time for 20 minutes. We asked to cancel order and left. This was during happy hour and it was not busy.
