So.. as I stand here at the line to order one simple cheesecake.. 10 minutes have gone by. There's one lady in front of me who's been in front of me the entire time. While I understand you take care of customers one at a time.. please acknowledge me and tell me " sorry it will be a minute". He has walked away twice. I'm sorry, but multi task is a job requirement for your job. Please be able to fulfill.
The food was really good. The cheesecake is really good... but it’s too expensive for our taste.
When we arrived we had to wait, which was expected. The inside was beautiful, however it was a little too dark, several people had to turn on their flash light to look at the menu. The waitress was nice, but with the 3 other waitresses that we came across we never got a refill on our waters..
This place was awesome. The waitress and staff know how to treat customers. The food was fresh and excellent. they serve large portions. Their deserts are extremely very tasty. Their strawberry shortcake is too good nice and fresh.
We might give it another shot one day.
Oh, and seating arrangements sucked. Way too crammed..
Food was good but not great. The tables are crammed so close together there was no privacy in your dinner conversation. Waiter seemed to be stretched thin. The atmosphere ruined the experience for me.
Where to start? First the wait was supposed to be 20 minutes, well we didn't get called until 45 minutes. Then when we hand the buzzer off they forget about us and sit 5 other groups that we're behind us. When I finally asked what the heck was going on they said that we must have not heard our name called and someone else claimed they were us..... Well I'm deaf and neither is my girlfriend so that was just a lie. Then when we are finally sat, going on an hour in the restaurant, it takes another 15 minutes to get our drinks. The only saving grace was our prompt and gracious waitress. If not for her I would probably made one of those scenes you only see in movies. The manager was inept and tried to deflect any blame and act like it was our fault for her hosting staffs' complete incompetence. So, in short. The restaurant as a whole stinks and they have at least one professional and understanding waitress. I'd avoid this place like the plague and go to one of the many local restaurants that our city is slowly becoming known for. Cheese cake factory is nothing more than an Applebee's with lipstick painted on it.
