I work not too far from Panda Express and I've been there 3 times on my 30 minute lunch break. Today is my last time. The first time, I did an online order, picked up and the food was cold and dry. It tasted like it had just been sitting out all day. I though maybe it was a fluke and decided to try again several weeks later. This time, the food was warm, but still didn't taste fresh at all. Today I went on my lunch break just for 3 chicken egg rolls and apparently you guys were out of them. How?! The store had just opened maybe 3 hours before. I can understand that sometimes things happen and maybe if I would have come closer to closing time it would have made more sense. This however did not make any sense to me. Unless one person came and ordered all the chicken egg rolls, whoever is in charge of ordering food is not doing it correctly or either someone lied to me and just didn't feel like cooking them, either way it's terrible. I wasted my entire lunch break and anyone who works on 280 knows that trying to get up and down it around lunchtime is a nightmare. So no lunch for me today. Thanks for that!
The food was fresh. But for my taste it was just ok. It was a bit noisy and the staff was new. It may get better as time goes on.
But, my expectations were very high from reputation so they could only go down in stars. It's not that it was bad but it just wasn't for me.
One of the best experiences I've ever had at Panda. Very friendly customer service and the food was fresh. The only drawback is that the dining room always seems to be a bit unclean - not dirty as in dangerous but the tables never seem to be wiped down and the drink station is always very messy.
When I returned to work and told my coworkers my experience many of them had experienced the same misfortune. I will not be back.
Fresh food, great portions, nice interior. I are on the inside and received prompt service with no issue on my first visit. I hope they are consistent!
Worst location ever. Employees are always rude and the place is pretty nasty. They are always either out of food or it has been sitting on the hot bar so long its dried out. Steer clear of this location. Hard to believe they just opened up and already at rock bottom customer service. They don’t even deserve the one star.
