I normally don't do this but I am so upset. My husband our son and I came in to have a nice family lunch on Thursday which we do 2 or 3 times a week. But that we didn't have our server was Deja we have had her a few other times and had the same problems but this time i was over it we sat thete for a good 5 minutes before we saw he. Then when she came to the table the first thing I noticed was the smell of weed on her. For one that is so inappropriate and for two who lets there employees go to tables smelling like that. And to top it off she was not the best server I had to get other servers to find her multiple times. I will be taking this matter to Corporate. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
My husband and I have visited this location numerous times and the past 5 visits or so have been awful. We love sweet tea and we've had to ask the waiter/waitress to bring us another drink each time because it was not sweetened at all... My husband ordered onion rings and received fries every time and we've had to correct it as well... The place was not clean and very understaffed. Needless to say, today will be our last visit.
The server was fine and she was accommodating. The main issue I have is that they have to cook their burgers well done. Frankly, how disgusting is their kitchen or how fowl is the meat that they can't serve a burger cooked medium. This is enough of a reason for me to never eat at a Mugshots again. For spending that much on a burger it should be cooked to order in a sanitary kitchen.
Today me and a few of my coworkers came in for lunch. Our server was a girl named Deja she was AWFUL. I use to be a server and when you serve you have to smile and pay attention to your guest she didn't do any of that. When our food came out she didn't check on use and I needed sauce but know Deja to ask for any. My cup never got refilled. I will definitely make sure if I come back I will ask for someone other then her.
Depends on what day you go I guess. The first time was on a Wednesday and the food and drinks were good and the greeters were very nice. Server was good. Today (Sunday) it was just okay. Food was fine for everyone else but me. Server was good. One greeter had an attitude but the other thanked us for coming. Always ended up crowded the times we went. Will visit again.
