Ok. My kids are older and just got thru with my 7 year old nephews birthday and had a really good time. There was a time a few years ago that I would have rather taken a beating than going to Chuck E. Cheese but we had a great time. My wife and I killed some robots, ate some pizza that was actually really good and almost got a beer but decided that would be way over the top. Really clean place. Only gave it a four due to past trauma.
The ladies working the door, prizes, taking food orders,etc were Fantastic to my family yesterday...including what I believe were two male managers...I went for My Birthday so my kids would be happy(I love me some chuck e cheese)....the only let down, because the food was great and the environment calm and controlled, was that Chuck E Cheese never came out..... Other than that, we're happy with our visit! Much love!...It's Hard to keep Parents and Kids happy(coming from a former preschool teacher
Very nice and clean place. And they have a good selection of games. My daughters were very entertained for over two hours. But Friday's are super busy, so be ready for that. But all in all, I was actually pleased with a Chuck E Cheese, which I never thought I would say. :)
I attended a birthday party at the Highway 280 location last weekend. NarKeita, the Chuck E Cheese hostess, was wonderful! She interacted well with the kids and parents. She was positive and excited to be there. She danced and sang with Chuck E Cheese. We had a wonderful experience with NarKeita. I can't say enough about her. She really added to the experience at the party.
We stopped by so we could eat and have some fun visiting my sister before we went to the Birmingham Zoo. It was a Saturday night, and they were extremely busy. Most of the games were either broken or out of tickets. After 40 minutes of still not receiving our food we asked a staff member if he could help us. He took our receipt, and then we didn’t hear back. 15 minutes later still not having food and having an event to get to we went to the front to get a refund. The woman at the counter explained 5 times that this was typical of a Saturday, but there were people that ordered after us that got their food well before we even mentioned it to the staff. All we ordered was a typical pepperoni pizza, nothing fussy. We definitely won’t be returning.
