For some reason they always mess up my order... I like keeping the money in my area but it seem like they want the customers to go to the better locations like the one on Roebuck Parkway and Huffman Rd. They are Great at that location. Staff is nice and respectful at that location as well. The staff at the location in Crestwood is awful and rude. What makes it worse is they make the food wrong consistently. I ask for one thing and ask them to add something as simple as sour cream and they forget it every time.
Mostly always good service at this Taco Bell. Employees are nice and most of the time get my order right. I would say probably the first 20 times my family ordered there, all our orders were made correctly. It had gotten to the point where this Taco Bell was the only fast food restaurant that I wouldn't have to check the food before leaving (so I wouldn't have to drive back up there). The next few times it was wrong. They did my order right tonight and I hope it stays constant.
I'm done with this location all together.
How is this a “late night” spot when they can’t even be open for New Years Eve (the official latest of nights) or have the product to serve customers? I’ve been to many a Taco Bell, late night & have never encountered such a thing. #ridiculous
A) we are out of all meats
B) we are closing at 11pm
Went to Taco Bell Eastwood at 10:30pm New Year’s Eve night. We had 2 cars in front of us to order. An employee walks out & tells us:
9 times to be exact. Plus, my soda runs all down the cup while they are handing it through the window and expect you to take it... you ask for sauce they give u one.
Ate in about 9pm on a week night. Clean, fresh, nice employees and fast!
Food is good, but service was somewhat slow.
